The artist of the first cartoon was Ernst Schoenenberger. His drawings were famous in Switzerland, named after himself as “Schoenenbergerli”. In the late 40s and early 50s the “Nebelspalter-Verlag” issued two folders with separate prints of “Schoenenbergerli”.
